Cara Membuat Theme Windows 7 sendiri.

Yang agan butuhkan:

1. Resource Hacker 3.5.2 - download DISINI.
2. System File Replacer - download DISINI.
3. Restorator 2007 - download DISINI.
4. Adobe Photoshop atau program edit gambar apa saja.
5. Gambar high quality sebagai wallpaper theme.

Sebelum melakukan pengeditan terhadap resource2 apapun di Windozw agan, sangat ane sarankan utk bikin Restore Point utk jaga2.
Sebelum mengedit theme Win7 seperti yg ane sebut diatas, ada baiknya agan buat Restore Point buat jaga2 apabila ada sesuatu yg tdk diinginkan,...
spy lebih mudah ane sdh siapkan script instan buat bikin Restore Point otomatis:

Copy baris berikut dlm notepad trus save dgn nama apa saja yg berekstensi .vbs, misal Restore Point.vbs:

Buat yg pake Win7 64 bit: mesti edit file2 .dll atau .exe dlm folder system32 & syswow64.
Buat yg pake Win7 32 bit: cukup edit file .dll di folder system32 saja.

1. Sebelum mulai, agan mesti tahu struktur file2 theme Win7 serta fungsi masing2 filenya yg umumnya seperti ini:

2. Copy file aero.msstyles dlm folder C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\ ke desktop.

3. Copy juga file2 .dll didalmnya tanpa ubah susunannya. Utk Win7 64bit, copy juga folder syswow64 & file dll-nya.

4. Ganti bitmap dlm file dll sesuai selera agan dgn Resource hacker trus save.

5. Tukar file dll yg asli di Win7 dgn yg agan reshacker pake tool System File Replacer.

6. Restart utk tiap kali ganti file .dll-nya.

Resource2 Lainnya:

1. Utk ganti warna background toolbar di Windows Mail, ganti bitmap no. 682 di file aero.msstyles dgn Restorator 2007.

2. Utk ganti background menubar, ganti bitmap no. 671, 680, 972 & 973 dlm file aero.msstyles dgn Restorator 2007.

3. Utk bikin Start Menu betul2 transparan, agan pake patch UxStyle, caranya:

a. Kembalikan dulu ke theme Windows Classic terus klik kanan desktop agan > pilih Personalization.
b. Disable UAC agan di Control Panel terus aktifkan fitur Take Ownership utk folder C:\Windows\Resources
c. Copy folder AeroX & file AeroA.theme kedlm folder C:\Windows\Resources\Themes.
d. Kembalikan lg menu Aero dgn klik kanan desktop terus pilih "personalization".
e. Masuk ke dlm folder C:\Windows\Resources\Themes terus klik file AeroX.theme. Otomatis start menu transparan-nya akan muncul jd agan sdh bisa customize file theme & file "aero"-nya. Tp klo terlalu rumit, biarkan saja.

4. Klo mw ganti background folder & text color explorer, copy file aero.msstyles agan ke desktop terus buka dgn Restorator.

Ganti bitmap2 berikut:

bitmap2 aslinya jg bisa agan ganti warnanya sesuai image agan tp tampilannya aero-nya tdk berubah. Save & jgn lupa utk Take Ownership sama rename file originalnya sebelum agan ganti.

5. Msh banyak icon dlm file imageres.dll (dlm folder C:\Windows\system32) yg bisa agan ganti, diantaranya:

- ieframe.dll : Utk icon2 & resource2 Internet Explorer
- actioncenter.dll & actioncentercpl.dll : Utk icon2 & resource2 Action Center.
6. Klo mw ganti icon2 di Control Panel (utk x86 & x64), "Run As Administrator" dulu terus siapkan file2 icon dgn dimensi 256×256 pixel utk ganti iconnya.

a. Klik Start menu terus ketik "regedit" (tanpa kutip) dari kotak Search Windows > ENTER.
b. Klo UAC agan muncul, pilih Yes.
c. Dlm Regstry Editor agan, masuk ke:

e. Utk ganti iconnya, klik kanan DefaultIcon-nya terus pilih "Permissions". Klik tombol "Advanced". Lalu pilih tab "Owner" & pilih "Administrators" (yg warna biru seblah bawah), klik OK. (Cara "Take Ownership" key DefaultIcon ini wajib hukumnya.
f. Pilih "Administrators" (warna biru), terus centang kotak "Allow" utk Full Controlnya, tekan OK.
g. Klik kanan value (Default) di sebelah kanan key DefaultIcon terus klik Modify.
h. Isikan lokasi/path utk icon yg sdh agan sediakan terus klik OK.
CATATAN: Jangan pindahkan lokasi/path icon2 yg sdh agan isikan dlm Registry Editor.
i. Ulangi langkah c s/d g diatas utk ganti icon2 Control Panel lainnya.
j. Klo sudah, tutup Registry Editor agan dan tes tampilan icon2 Control Panel agan.
7. Klo mw ganti icon2 folder explorer (x86 & x64), caranya dgn mengganti icon2 dlm file imageres.dll yg ada di folder system32:

a. Copy file imageres.dll dlm folder C:\Windows\system32\ ke desktop. Lalu buka dgn Restorator.
b. Pd bagian icon dlm Restorator, agan tinggal 'assign' tiap2 icon folder yg agan maui dgn icon folder yg sdh agan sediakan. Klo sdh, klik Save.
c. Jgn lupa utk Take Ownership file imageres.dll yg asli di folder system32.
d. Klo sdh restart PC agan.

8. Icon2 library Win7 jg bisa agan ganti dari dlm resource icon no. 1002, 1003, 1004 & 1005. Caranya:
a. Aktif/enable-kan dulu opsi "Show Hidden Files and Folders" yg ada di Folder Options.
b. Dari explorer Win7, masuk ke folder:

c. Buka Notepad trus drag & drop icon Library (langkah b diatas) yg agan mau ganti kedlm notepad.

CATATAN: Berikut entri2 default utk icon2 Library Win7:

d. Klo agan mw ganti icon2 Library dgn icon2 agan:

1) Ganti path <iconReference> pd baris icon<\iconReference>.

CATATAN: Tambahkan path <iconReference> pd baris icon<\iconReference> yg ada dibawah baris entri <isLibraryPinned>-1<\isLibraryPinned>

2) Ganti path icon ke path/lokasi icon yg sdh agan sediakan utk icon2 default Library Win7 dlm notepad.

3) Lanjut ke langkah f dibawah.
e. Klo agan mau pake icon2 lain utk Win7, bisa juga dgn menggunakan program IconViewer:

1) Download terus instal program IconViewer (sesuaikan dgn versi Win7 agan)

2) Dari explorer, pilih file .exe (utk program2 berisi icon2) atau file .dll yg berisi icon2 yg agan mau pake sebagai icon default Library agan, terus klik kanan file-nya, klik Properties & tab Icon.

Referensi: Icon2 utama di Windows 7 paling banyak ada dlm file "imageres.dll" di C:\Windows\system32\

3) Cari baris "-icon#<\iconReference>" yang merujuk ke icon Library Win7 agan. Klo belon ada bikin sendiri baris "-icon#<\iconReference>" di bawah baris entri "<isLibraryPinned>-1<\isLibraryPinned>"

Look for the <iconReference>path to icon,-icon#<\iconReference> line.

4) Dari notepad, ganti path icon ke file yg berisi resource2 icon yg agan maui (langkah e.2 diatas) terus ganti baris "icon#" dgn nomor iconnya juga.

f. Save terus tutup notepad. Agan juga bisa ganti path icon2 default Library dari dlm Registry:

9. Klo agan mau ganti juga icon2/resource utk fitur2 lainnya di Win7, silakan lakukan cara yg sama diatas, resource-nya ada di folder:
